What you need:
- 1 pound of your favorite protein
- 1 jar of Sloppy José Cooking Sauce
- 2 cans of beans of beans of your choice, I like kidney and white
- 8 ounces of shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
- Fresh avocado
- crackers
What to do:
- Brown protein in skillet until cooked thoroughly
- Add entire jar of Sloppy José Cooking Sauce
- Heat mixture and cook until hot
- Spoon mixture into a bowl
- Add shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, crackers and diced avocados
