What you need:
- 1.5 pounds of your favorite protein
- 1 jar of Sloppy José Cooking Sauce
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
- Fresh avocado
- Fresh cilantro
What to do
- Brown protein in skillet 1.5-2 pounds and cooked thoroughly
- Add entire jar of Sloppy José Cooking Sauce
- Heat thoroughly and until hot
- Spoon mixture over chips
- Add shredded cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro and avocado
